Refund & Return Policy
Client Definition: The terms "client," "customer," and "party" refer to the individual who has signed up with our firm, retaining our services for a fee.
Time-Bound Services: Certain services provided by Daweyt Immigration, such as Express-Entry and PNP submissions, have a defined time span and automatically become inactive after this period. These online applications remain active for one year only. Clients must note that these timelines apply to services rendered by the firm and its representatives. Understanding that some clients may not have readily available IELTS & ECA documents, which are mandatory for making their profile active in the pool, we offer a 60-day window from the date the retainer agreement is signed for the submission of these documents. The one-year period starts from the 61st day, regardless of whether the documents have been submitted. If unavoidable circumstances arise, the client must inform the firm in writing to request an extension. If the client already has the necessary documents or submits them within the 60-day window, the one-year period starts from the document submission date. For clients offered part payment, the 60-day window starts from the initial payment. The final submission will only be done after full payment.
Retention of Services: To retain the firm's services for the next year, the client must pay the relevant additional charges.
Refund Policy: Each client case is unique, and we do not compromise on the quality of our service, putting in 100% effort to ensure a positive result, although the final decision is taken by the CIC. If the application is rejected after receiving the ITA, we will refund 100% of the fee charged. Once the retainer agreement is signed, a refund request can be made within 15 working days, after which no refund requests will be considered. The firm will credit 75% of the principal amount, with 25% deducted as agency charges. If issues or grievances arise due to negligence or errors by the RCIC, necessary steps to safeguard the client's rights will be taken by the firm.
Guarantee/Promise/Assurances: We clarify that the payment made is for the legal and representation services provided. Daweyt Immigration is a private entity and not part of any government body. The final decision on all visa applications rests with the relevant government department. We do not guarantee a positive result as the regulatory body governing this profession is the ICCRC.
Third-Party/Government Fees: Clients are responsible for third-party services fees such as IELTS, ECA, and government application fees, which are not included in our service charges.
Unexpected Government Decisions: Changes in immigration rules are unpredictable and depend on the ruling political party. If such changes affect current program eligibility or prospects, Daweyt Immigration is not responsible for any refund. While this is unlikely, the possibility cannot be ruled out.
Dispute Resolution: Any disputes arising out of this contract will be referred to an arbitrator as per the provisions of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act 1996, as amended by the government. Disputes regarding the terms of this agreement will be decided by a court of competent jurisdiction within Bangalore, Karnataka.
